The spark of presence of foreign contractors in Iran

Due to efforts and invitation of syndicate of construction companies, we observed the presence of foreign contractors in Iran.

The first gathering of Iranian and Italian construction companies, which was titled as the first mutual meeting of activists in construction field, within country, was held after the political agreements with the international society took place.

In this mutual meeting, held by presence of 84 big internal construction companies and 34 Italian companies, whom were invited by syndicate of construction companies, the first spark of presence of foreign investors took place in the big construction projects of the country.

So that after this and to refine political relationships of Iran with international communities, the economical and constructive activists of the country entered a new phase by cooperation of mutual activists, between Iran and other countries who have technical and executive potentials.

Heads of biggest constructive companies within country met the biggest Italian constructive heads and companies, in which the Italian companies get to know the public and private investigation companies, in order to enter the most important constructive projects of the country, started to negotiate with their Iranian partners.

The members of the board of directors of constructive companies syndicate, were the first pioneers to let foreign investors enter biggest constructive projects, under conditions that two months earlier, Ministry of roads and city planning, unveiled the 25 billion EURO package of investigation and issued the call of invitation to cooperate in the activities in construction field from other countries to execute 121 important projects in road city and housing.

In this respect, the board of directors of constructive companies syndicate, emphasized on pre-planned schedules, using effective communications with activists in this area on international scales, and also using the created potential from the ministry of roads and city planning, next to inviting the biggest Italian technical companies, did their first operating negotiations to enter foreign capitals to Iranian constructive projects.

Introduction of general and specific investigation opportunities to Italian’s

Vice chairman of committee of construction companies explained the presence of big Italian constructive companies in this meeting: Meanwhile with the mutual meeting of Iranian constructive activists with heads of big Italian companies, we agreed on holding future meetings with these contractors, as the first group of foreign investigators.

After the nuclear deal in summer, in constructive and technical field, to enter city and roads projects.

Javad Khansari added: The most important investigation opportunities that is observed now by these companies and will be introduced in later meetings to the biggest constructive companies of other countries, are categorized as general and specific projects that some part of each will be to introduce the 25 billion Euro package of ministry of roads and city planning to attract foreign investigators in constructive projects.

Meanwhile, due to his reports, the presence of Italian companies, next to their aim of entering capitals and investigation in constructive projects, especially production and development of constructive industries, has other goals such as following transfer of knowledge and worldwide experiences to big internal constructive projects.

Attracting foreign investigators with new methods

Also, the deputy of the mutual meeting of Iranian constructive companies with heads of Italian technical and constructive companies, in order to explain the details of holding this meeting, noted: For the first time in the specific part a new method was used to introduce internal and external constructors and informing them about the quantity and quality of existing investigation opportunities in technical, constructive and building areas of the country that had a completely different and more efficient outcome when compared to earlier same meetings.

Maryam Khansari noted: In this meeting as the first meeting of pioneers of construction industries, meanwhile the holding of meeting and introducing investigation opportunities to Italian contractors, activists in the country, as separate tables and by pre-planned schedules, had meetings and negotiations with heads of biggest technical Italian companies that most of these meetings let to later meetings, conferences and co operations and to reach mutual agreements to have bilateral co operations in constructive projects.

She mentioned that while this meeting, 16 active tables hosted two groups of constructive contractors, oil and gas and Iranian Italian specialists in building materials, in the specified period.

This activity was a proper background for introduction of huge specialists of these two countries with one another and created the chance introduction of investigation opportunities in constructive projects.

Willingness of Italian’s to investigate in Iran

In this mutual meeting, the deputy of general manager of Italian industrial confederation, next to expressing the willingness of Italian construction companies for mutual co operations to execute constructive projects, called Iran as an attractive market which is participatory to enter capitals.

Daniel Cross added: Italian companies are willing to participate and investigate on Iranian constructive projects and their attitude is not only a consumer look but also they hope that Iran will turn into an export center of engineering products in future. He added: In this field it is very important to develop and refine the political co operations and efforts, because the development of political relations is one of the most important issues for Italian investigators and entrepreneurs.

Cross mentioned that the earlier economic and constructive co operations of these two countries were successful and with bilateral respect and emphasized: We are looking forward to expand economical and constructive relationship with Iran.

The board of the managing director of constructive companies syndicate, noted his favor for willingness of Iran to co operate with Italian contractors, and counted the opportunity of presence of biggest constructive companies in technical and constructive areas as a big potential in this field.

Manouchehr Malekyari Fard emphasized the opportunity of presence of heads of Italian construction and technical companies as a chance to exchange technical and constructional knowledge.

Vice president of Iranian chamber of commerce continued: After the agreements of 5+1 group with Iran, a proper opportunity was formed to have bilateral co operations of Iran with other countries; by opening of economical doors towards the world, it caused more eagerness for development of relations and created a proper background for foreign countries especially Italian construction companies.

Mohammad Reza Ansari added: Definitely the co operation of Italian companies with Iranian contractors will expand the constructive and investigation capacities in our country, and the other hand, by formation of such facilities in Iran and by cooperation with Iranian contractors it made it easier for activities of other countries with Iran.
